Advertising Requirements

Dates

Advertising should be submitted camera ready by the following dates:

• Spring issue, March 15

• Fall issue, August 15

For a planned or repeat advertisement more time can be given.

Black and White
One piece offset negatives needed, 150 line screen, (RR/ED), proof required.

Color
One piece complete (RR/ED negatives). 150 or 175 line screen. Match print or equivalent proof. Maximum 280 density.

Electronic File
Send all fonts, graphics and layout files used to create File. Proof required.

General
For non-camera-ready ads, typesetting and artwork will be charged at trade rates.

The publisher may add the word "advertisement" to any advertisement which creates an impression that it is editorial matter.

Advertisers are protected from any rate change for the contract term. Frequency rates are adjusted depending on contract fulfillment.

All copy subject to approval by the publisher.   No Charge for Bleed.  No Agency Commission.

1/8 page: 3-3/8 x 2 inches
1/4 page: 3-3/8 x 4-3/8 inches
1/2 page vertical: 3-3/8 x 9 inches
1/2 page horizontal: 7 x 4-3/8 inches
Full page non-bleed: 7 x 9 inches
Full page bleed:8-3/4 x 11-3/4 inches
Publication trim size:8-1/2 x 11 inches

*'til forbid is run until canceled by the advertiser with a minimum of four issues.
