Board
The
Alumni Association
is managed by a Board
of
Directors consisting of all officers of the Association
(i.e. the President, Vice President, Corresponding Secretary,
Membership Secretary & Treasurer) and
three
directors.
The board convenes at least annually, and there is an Annual
Meeting.
The Association’s directors are typically elected
for two year terms.
The
current Alumni Association board is spread across the country
and one member in Europe, and is as listed in the sidebar the right.
