three printed copies, including photocopies of suggested illustrations

Documentation
We use
notes for documentation, with no additional bibliography. Follow
the form suggested in the Modern Language Association MLA Handbook for
Writers of Research Papers, fourth edition (1995) beginning on page
242.
Please
check your notes carefully for correct form and punctuation.
Keep them short. Alternatively, you may submit an article
without notes; include a listing of Sources Consulted.
Illustrations
A maximum of eight per article will be printed. You may send
more for our consideration. Glossies should be professional
quality 8” x 10” black and white. Color prints generally
will be considered only for the cover. All permissions to
publish, and related costs, are the sole responsibilities of the
author.

One
sentence for clarification or description, if needed. Affix a
permanent label to the reverse of each glossy. Indicate ‘top”
and include your name and address. Supply a separate list of
captions with the manuscript.
Author’s Credit
Include two sentences of biographical information for the list of
contributors.
Return of Materials
Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
