The Columbia River Plateau Chapter formed in the Spring of 2009 and already has some programs planned for this year. It is based out of Ritzville, Washington and covers southeast WA, northeast OR, northern ID, and even the western reaches of MT.

Victorian Fashion Show and Tea

 

This Fashion Show will feature the four distinct periods of women's fashion from the 1860's, from the undergarments to the outer clothing that was worn in each period. Members of the Washington (State) Civil War Association will be attending as well, displaying military uniforms and discussing what being involved in a re-enactor group entails.
