VSA as Licensor
If you own or process
the legal rights to a collection, materials or building details
related to the Victorian Era you can cooperate with The VSA for the
manufacture and sale of reproductions or items representing product as
a participant in The VSA’s licensing program.
A participant grants
licensees selected by the VSA the licensing rights for products that
are reproductions, adaptations or inspirations of the participant’s
materials.
The VSA provides a
consultant to develop a product concept which will carry the Society's
endorsement, and the participant receives thirty percent (30%) of an
net royalty paid to the VSA.
You will retain the
right to determine whether a VSA licensee shall be granted an
exclusive right for the production or reproduction of your product and
you may still participate in other licensing programs with items
reproduced or marketed through The VSA’s licensing program.
